PET CARE
Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital offers the "best care for your
best friend" using state-of-the-art equipment. We offer
modern X-ray facilities and in-house laboratory testing that
allows prompt results to diagnose your pet's condition.
We also provide the best icare or isolation when necessary
and have a complete pharmacy that is stocked with drugs
that are needed for your pet’s recovery. Laser surgery is
available and causes less pain, less swelling and less
bleeding making recovery more comfortable. During
anesthesia we monitor their breathing and heart with the
latest monitors and provide a comfortable heated surgery
table to prevent hypothermia.
DENTAL CARE
Pets, just like humans, need great dental care. Dental
disease is the number one disease problem in dogs and
cats! We offer dental services that include a complete
dental exam, teeth cleaning, polishing and dental
extractions. Cleaning your pet's teeth is essential to their
health. The American Veterinary Dental Society states that
you should have a dental cleaning for your pet every six
months, the same recommendation given by your own
dentist!
VACCINATIONS
Vaccinations can minimize the chance of your pet receiving
a contagious or fatal disease. That is why it is important to
immunize your pet yearly with boosters. Yearly check-ups,
boosters and yearly screenings for intestinal worms are
recommended. We will be happy to send you a reminder.
BOARDING AND GROOMING
Along with all of the wonderful facilities we provide for your
pets health, we also provide Boarding and Grooming!
Our groomer Jaylean has been trained to groom all breeds
and will always try her best to make sure your pet is
comfortable while here and that it looks great when it
leaves.
Our boarding facilities are climate controlled and have
separate areas for cats and dogs! We provide them
Science Diet food to eat and also provide them with
exercise twice a day and bedding for their kennel. They
must be current on their vaccinations and we require
written proof of immunization from a veterinarian at the
time of boarding.
